Flag Battle Tournament: 128 Countries, One Winner
Flags from 128 countries enter the arena for one-on-one battles. A draw determines the opponents before the tournament begins. Each winner advances, while the losing country is eliminated. To become champion, a country must win seven battles in a row.
Battles run automatically, and all viewers follow the same tournament. Follow your country from its opening battle to the final, or join at any point. No registration is needed to watch.
After the final, the results are saved in the tournament archive. The next tournament starts with a fresh draw, giving every country another chance to win.
How battles work in the arena
Each match features two flags. They move around the arena, collide and push each other. The server calculates movement and collisions, so viewers follow one shared battle rather than a separate simulation on each device.
A country loses when its flag crosses the arena boundary. The winner takes a place in the next round. You do not need to control the flag yourself: you can watch the match and see how it ends.
The knockout bracket: from 128 countries to the final
The opening round consists of 64 battles, leaving 64 countries in contention. The field then narrows to 32 and 16. Eight countries reach the quarterfinals, four reach the semifinals and two compete for the title. A complete tournament contains 127 matches.
There is no group stage or return leg. A single defeat ends a country’s run in that tournament. Winning the opening battles does not secure a place in the final: every new opponent can bring a winning run to an end.
Which country should you follow?
Support your own country, follow the reigning champion or watch an unexpected contender reach the later rounds. A fresh draw changes the opponents, so countries do not follow the same predetermined route to the final in every tournament.
Country pages show performance statistics, including wins, titles and recent battle results. They help you explore a country’s Flag Battle history, but past results do not guarantee another victory.
Where to find tournament results
As the tournament progresses, you can follow both the current match and the countries that have already advanced. The bracket shows the remaining participants and how their paths connect in later rounds.
If you miss the final, check the archive or the tournament story in the blog. You can find the champion, the finalist and completed battle results. Individual country statistics help you compare performances across tournaments, but past wins do not determine the outcome of the next match.

Can I watch the flag battles for free?
Yes. Watching does not require registration, payment or an app download. The arena runs in your browser. An account is needed for personal actions on the site, not for watching battles.
What if my country has already been eliminated?
You can keep watching the remaining matches and the final. An eliminated country does not return to the current bracket, but can compete again in the next tournament.
How long until the next battle?
Check the timer on the page for the countdown during the current tournament phase. You do not need to estimate the time from the number of remaining pairs. When the tournament is paused, the page displays its paused status.
