Each Flag Battle tournament starts with 128 countries in a random single-elimination bracket. A loss ends a country’s run and a win advances it to the next round. The tournament needs 127 battles to crown one champion.

1. Draw and first round

Before the start, the system randomly creates 64 pairs. A fresh draw keeps each bracket different. Upcoming pairs are visible in advance, letting viewers study opponents, choose the country they want to support.

2. Seven elimination rounds

The field halves after each stage: 128 → 64 → 32 → 16 → 8 → 4 → 2 → 1. The final two countries meet in the championship battle.

3. Votes and supporter ranking

A registered user permanently binds one country to the account and supports that country only. A free vote raises the country in the supporter ranking but does not change speed, hits or win probability. Every participant uses the same battle physics.

4. Arena battles

Each battle starts automatically at the scheduled time. Flags collide, lose energy and try to stay inside the arena. The server determines the result, so every viewer sees the same winner. After a short break, the next pair enters the arena.

5. Final and tournament history

After the final, the tournament gets a permanent story page with its champion, finalist, bracket, battle hits and support statistics. A break then leads into the next tournament and a new draw.
